Speaker Lori Blaine
Topic- "Gracefully Broken"
(Excerpt from her exhortation)***
G: Grace- have grace to be kind to yourself as you are transitioning. Remember God changed his name from …from Abram to Abraham, Saul to Paul from Simon to Peter. Sarai’s name was changed to Sarah.
R: Rest- find rest in the Lord and allow and let God fight all your battles. Easier said than done
A: Active- stay active in reading your Bible, be consistent, Hebrews 4:12 emphasizes discernment and to transform individuals.
C: Chosen- when God chose those to represent him it’s the least unexpected person. Remember how God used Moses to deliver the Israelites out of EGYPT Moses stuttered and doubted himself. But God… used Moses mightily!!!!
E: Equip- God will always equip us with the tools and the readiness for what He needs to shape us into his likeness. Certain desires of things that you used to do you will not have the want to do them anymore or desire to do so. The Bible talks about all things are passed away behold new things are becoming new.
Even in our brokenness and shame, God can take our fragmented pieces and reshape us into a vessel that glorifies Him. He specializes in transforming what is broken, creating beauty from ashes.
Biblical reminder: the silence isn't rejection, it's refinement.
You're not late. You're being prepared.
Don't rush the process - rest in it.. Amen, Hallelujah!!!
