Favorite words often evoke positive emotions, reflect personal values, or are simply appreciated for their sound and meaning. Words are used to describe things and people—or even themes.
Words shape things…words have power….
One of the most powerful verses in Scripture is found in John’s gospel: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” In the gospel of John, we are introduced to and pointed to the Word- who is Jesus. John claims- and we know- that Jesus is fully man and fully God. This is the basis of Christianity in this truth- Jesus- the Word- the backbone of our Christian structure.
The Word-
For whatever you’re facing today
For whatever you’re struggling with
For whatever is that ache in your heart-
The only Word that matters and can help with all of
that—-Jesus!!
He’s not just a word…. He is the Word of all Words!!! He is The Word— A GREAT WORD!!
