"Don't Play Church, Be the Church"

So many things going on recently that could make us fall down on our face--- or we can give it to God.

The Church is not a place to come to- not just a physical building- but a body of believers that demonstrate Christ to the world. All around us- folks wearing crosses around their neck, bumper stickers on their car that "if you love Jesus- honk" and bracelets stating "what would Jesus do"; folks singing on the choir, wear fancy clothes and hats on Sunday morning and serve on ministries- but we don't acknowledge God and we deny His power! (verse 5)

God is looking for true worshippers who seek Him in spirit and truth. When you allow Christ to be involved, it will work out for your good.

The world has become more influential than the church and that ain't right!! Being a Christian is not about being in an association. The body of Christ is an extension of His ministry.....we are the hands of His work and we are to show His kingdom to a dying world.

Christians- stand strong- stand firm and remember you are a "chosen people... a royal priesthood..."

Don't play church-- be the Church!!
